By using the Site or booking/receiving Services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide vehicle detailing services, which may include interior and exterior detailing packages, add-ons, and by-quote services (e.g., ceramic coating and paint correction), as described on the Site or in a written quote.
3. Quotes, starting prices, and condition-based adjustments
• Any prices shown on the Site are starting prices unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may depend on vehicle size and condition, including (but not limited to) excessive pet hair, heavy staining, heavy soil, or other conditions that materially change labor/time.
• If additional work is required, we may provide an updated quote before proceeding.
4. Booking, confirmations, and communication
• Booking requests may be submitted through the Site, by phone, text, or email.
• When you submit a booking request, you agree the information you provide is accurate.
• We may contact you via call, text, or email regarding your request, appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, or follow-ups.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
• 24-hour notice required: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or are unavailable at the scheduled time/location, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover lost time and travel (where permitted by law). If we choose to charge such a fee, we will communicate it to you.
6. Mobile service requirements (customer responsibilities)
For mobile appointments, you agree to:
• Provide a safe, legal, accessible location for service
• Ensure we have reasonable access to the vehicle
• Remove or secure valuables and personal items

If drop-off service is arranged, the drop-off location and instructions will be provided privately after booking confirmation.
8. Arrival times, delays, weather, and access issues
• Appointment times may be estimates. Detailing is time-intensive and can vary by vehicle condition.
• Weather and other circumstances (e.g., extreme heat, wind, rain, or unsafe conditions) may require rescheduling.
• If we cannot safely perform the work due to conditions at the service location, we may reschedule or cancel.
9. Payment terms
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is expected upon service completion.
• If we issue an invoice, payment terms will be shown on the invoice.
• Unpaid balances may result in late fees or collections where permitted by law.
10. Satisfaction, limitations, and results
• We aim for high-quality results, but results vary depending on vehicle condition, prior damage, and material limitations.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues (e.g., paint failure, clear coat failure, deep scratches, cracks, tears, worn leather, prior bodywork, electrical problems, or aftermarket modifications).
• Some stains, odors, scratches, and defects may not be fully removable.
11. Photos, testimonials, and marketing
We may ask for permission to photograph or video your vehicle for quality documentation or marketing. If you grant permission, you may revoke it later by contacting us, but materials already published may not be able to be fully removed from all platforms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or block access to the Site for violations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INFINITE AUTO DETAILING LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Auto Detailing LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
